Today we whip up a Canadian staple in our tiny kitchen: Poutine!
2 Tbsp oil
1 fingerling potato, cut into 1/4 inch strips
2 tsp powdered gravy mix
2 tsp water
1 tsp cheese crud, crumbled
Heat oil. Add potato strips and fry until golden. Place on a plate and set aside while gravy cooks.
To a sauce pot add gravy mix and water and cook until thick. Pour over fries and top with cheese.
